Why blog?

From 2008 to 2015, when I worked in Cardiff Univeristy, I kept a blog on medical education. I wrote 30 or so posts a year for the first 4 or 5 years and then it tailed off. I gained so much from blogging. It gave me a place to work through ideas and to learn together with others. Some posts ending up having 50 or more comments and it created a real sense of community for me. I still refer back to the posts today.

Now I am making a commitment to myself to start again.

I expect that here I will blog about : what is important in primary care, how technology can help, what do we want society to look like, how do we work together. So it will be a bit of a mixture.

Please share so others can join the conversation
